We are currently supporting three major programs.  For additional information click on any of the programs below. 












City of Thornton Water Assistance

As of Monday, November 30, 2015, applications for Thornton Water Assistance Program will be processed at:

9460 Federal Boulevard
Federal Heights, CO 80260
Monday - Thursday
1:00 pm - 4:30 pm

To qualify for the program:
1. Bring your Thornton water bill
2. Call the City of Thornton for a referral
3. Come to 9460 Federal Blvd and complete an application form, provide proof of income or have the letter showing proof of assistance through a program such as Food Stamps, Medicaid or LEAP. 
4. Bring a current ID

JAMLAC  Triage Clinic
The Justice and Mercy Legal Aid Clinic (JAMLAC) is a faith-based, non-profit law firm dedicated to providing free civil legal services to people struggling with poverty and oppression. To learn more about JAMLAC, please click on the highlighted name above.

In partnership with JAMLAC and the Christian Legal Society of Metro Denver, Community of Faith offers a triage clinic two Fridays per month.  Volunteer attorneys provide one-on-one legal advice for one hour.  Triage clinics are consultation only, not-full representation. To schedule an appointment with the triage clinic, please contact Carol at (720) 616-1896.
